Hensley Industries is seeking a self-starter and results-focused Programmer/Analyst to join its dynamic sales and marketing group in Dallas, Texas headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on role that both contributes to and coordinates the daily operations of an SAP focused group through development, and delivery of a new greenfield SAP S4/HANA implementation for an established manufacturing company. This person will serve as the business analyst on a dedicated mixed team of business and technical experts from other areas working in conjunction with SAP system integrators. They should have support process experience, serving as communication bridge between business requirements and S4/HANA solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide Data Analysis, take ownership and data stewardship for Hensley's SAP S4/HANA
  • Work with end user's identifying day-to-day needs for updating master data.
  • Extract data as requested by end users to support their reporting needs not met by existing reports.
  • Gain Familiarity with web-based dealer portals, CRM for supporting data needs and aid in future development.
  • Create ad-hoc scripts using Innowera/Winshuttle/Precisely and similar tools to automate data push to SAP.
  • Proficient in maintenance/addition of business partners in SAP
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be willing to learn the Komatsu Worldwide Code of Business Conduct, KAC Code of Conduct, Hensley Environmental Policies, Hensley Safety Policies and Hensley Quality Policies.

Required Skills and Experience

  • BA/BS in technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is required.
  • 2 years of ERP experience is required (SAP preferred).
  • Proficient with scripting tools such as LSMW/L TMC & reporting tools such as SQVI and others
  • Sound knowledge of SAP master data tables/ relationship preferred.
  • Liaison with AMS consultants to resolve end user issues pertaining to SAP master data and others.
  • Sound knowledge of S4/HANA pertaining to business partners, customers, suppliers as well as SAP mass data maintenance functions
  • Liaison with AMS to understand bottlenecks & escalation of SAP issues.
