Position Summary:

We are looking for a service-oriented Operations Team Lead for our Flagstafflocation. Responsibilities include maintaining a culture of teamwork and “safety first”; training employees; directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems; must have a current CDL License. As a Team Lead - Operations, you will supervise activities of all delivery and warehouse personnel to ensure execution meets company standards.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Maintain a positive and professional appearance
• Monitor and manage daily warehouse and delivery functions 
• Conduct inspections of departmental equipment
• Conduct ‘ride with’ and ‘follow up’ to ensure compliance and standards
• Attend and conduct regular meetings to align teams with company goals
• Communicate any issues that prevent smooth functioning of business
• Operate internal work systems such as Softeon, Geotab, etc.
• Verify employee work hours
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Preferred 3-5 years’ experience in customer support and/or beverage operations
• Must hold a current/valid Arizona Commercial Drivers License (CDL License)
• Maintain a current/valid Arizona Drivers License with clean driving record
• Good communication skills 
• Ability to interact with diverse personalities
• Excellent customer service
• Frequently required to lift and/or move up to (50) lbs for package product and up to (165) lbs for keg product
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends and/or nights as needed
• Must have a cell phone with data capability

COMPENSATION and SCHEDULE

• Competitive Salary
• 40 hrs per week
• Monday – Friday 8a-5p work week (nights, weekends and holidays may be required)
• Cell phone allowance - $60 per month
• 8 Observed holidays (day off)
• Semi monthly pay schedule
