POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a full-time Operations Marketing Event Representative for one of our Hensley locations. As an Operations Marketing Event Representative, my primary duty will be to assist with event execution including securing needed equipment from our warehouse, loading of items needed for each event, assisting with the setup and breakdown of each event at the event site, unloading event items back at our warehouse. When there are no events scheduled, additional duties will include restocking and rotating Hensley products, putting away delivery loads at assigned accounts, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, resolving service complaints and special customer requests. Additionally, this role will be directed to work with other departments in a cross-training capacity as needed.

COMPENSATION and SCHEDULE

  • Hourly rate - $17.50 to $19.00/hour (Depending on previous experience)
  • Scheduling will be varied based on each event needs (Must be able to work weekends)
  • Non-event week schedules are generally TUE-FRI
  • Overtime after 40 hours per week
  • Cell phone allowance - $30.00/per month

OBJECTIVE

Assist with all capacities of operational marketing event execution for all scheduled events. Restock and rotate our products putting away delivery loads at assigned accounts while maintaining an adequate supply of products in accounts, on shelves, and on displays by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Work with Marketing Coordinators to plan all elements for event execution
  • Load/Unload transportation equipment
  • On-site set up and break down of each event according to the marketing plan
  • Work with Operations Leadership to service accounts
  • Fill shelves and displays with product in a manner that is organized and neat
  • Support displays with themed Point of Sale material to enhance sales opportunity
  • Work efficiently with all tasks and obligations assigned by Operations Leadership
  • Follow safety protocol and training while maintaining safety measures at all times
  • Check and monitor Hensley Beverage and competitive shelf and display pricing
  • Communicate out of stock items to the Sales rep assigned for each account
  • Maintain daily reports, both physical and virtual, and report back daily to the on-duty supervisor
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Varied weekly schedule based on the need for the week's scheduled events

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Good communication skills and cheerful disposition
  • Excellent customer service
  • Must be able to work well with others
  • Ability to interact with diverse personalities
  • Ability to read code dates proficiently
  • Frequently required to lift and/or move up to (50) lbs for package product and up to (165) lbs for keg product
  • Must be able to work holidays
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must have a cell phone with data capability, we will provide cell phone allowance
  • Previous beverage industry experience helpful, but not necessary

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspond with pertinent co-workers. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL/ANALYTICAL SKILLS

Ability to count missing cases/products on shelves and accurately keep track.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several unanticipated but common variables in everyday situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must maintain a current Drivers license.
