This position performs maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment in this facility

We have a position open in our maintenance department for 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm). The individual accepting the position may be required to work overtime, temporarily work different shifts and must be willing to participate in maintenance skills development and training programs. Incumbent will be required to work independently with minimal contact by the maintenance supervisor/manager and be courteous to all internal customers.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Trouble shoot PLC issues
• Perform maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment including all facets of preventive maintenance and general repair
• Repairing and maintaining 480 volt 3 phase equipment both mechanical and electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems; reading blueprints, electrical drawings and schematics
• Operate tow motors and lifts, install equipment and maintain physical plant structures and equipment
• Inspect equipment to insure proper safeguards and compliance with OSHA and NEC regulations with the ability to work in lifts to heights of 30'
• Other duties may be assigned

• Skills required include:
• Computer literate
• Hanging pipe, soldering, pipe threading, plumbing and welding
• Stocking material

Minimum:

• Requires a two-year certificate from college or technical school
• Prefer: minimum of two years' experience
