YOUR ROLE
- Maintaina safe work environment and clean work environment complying with 5Shousekeeping standards
- Followsestablished formulas for mixing products on all mixers in the department.
- Followswritten processing instructions to run computer driven heaters, loss-in-weightfeeders, blenders, expanders, sifters, dry material transfer equipment andautomated packaging equipment.
- Metersin raw materials, lifts and dumps containers/bags of materials into hoppers andtanks to create batches of material.
- Pullrequired sample and test per batch ticket specifications in accordance with ISOstandards. Able to adjust the process variables to maintain quality production,based on test results and processing instructions.
- Fillscontainers with completed mixes, palletizes, transports to storage area andcompletes necessary paperwork for batch recordkeeping in accordance with ISOstandards and enters data into SAP.
- Operateshigh lift truck and hoist to transport material
- Cleansmixing tanks, draw-off filters, piping and parts in accordance with ISOcleaning procedures
