YOUR ROLE

• Impact decisions and support development and execution of brand marketing programs.
• Assists with communication of brand strategies and work extensively with cross functional teams (Media, Shopper Marketing, Sales, R&D, etc.) to bring projects to life.
• Develop and effectively execute all Marketing Plan programs, including consumer promotions, PR initiatives, media and interactive programs.
• Actively participate in creative development (i.e. develop creative brief, provide creative feedback).
• Ownership of brand marketing budget, issuing POs and providing strategic recommendations for investments.
• Contribute to achievement of brand P&L, top-line and bottom-line targets.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in related field; MBA required.
• 2-5 yrs of experience, in consumer products marketing or sales preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills to work with people in diverse functional areas; excellent written and oral communication skills Project Management experience.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize accordingly Strong analytical skills.

The salary for this role is $94,500.00 - $141,400.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
