Henkel is Hiring a 2024 Summer R+D Process Engineering Intern Near Trumbull, CT
YOUR ROLE:
As a R&D Process Engineering Intern, you will join a process development and engineering team tasked with designing a scale up process that will meet a variety of critical to quality specifications for a product. This may include solving an existing process problem, optimizing an existing process, or developing a new process to support a new product launch.
Work closely with cross functional R&D teams (product development, analytical, packaging, etc.) as well as with our Supply Chain partners across the entire product development cycle from ideation to implementation.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the role process engineering plays in the development of products in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
Conduct experiments and performing a variety of technical procedures in the development of new and existing products.
Planning and executing tests of new formulations to ensure products can be manufactured in the Henkel manufacturing network.
Gathering, analyzing and evaluating ideas from manufacturing to improve or develop new functionality within materials management or production planning.
