• Executes multiple small to large projects under the guidance of plant engineers.
• Works closely with plant personnel including production, quality, safety and logistics to support objectives.
• Conducts experiments, trials and performs a variety of technical tasks in support of new and existing product lines.
• Gathers, analyzes and evaluates ideas from external groups (operations, logistics, quality, safety) to improve or develop processes within the plant.
