YOUR ROLE

  • ·Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training curriculum and materials.
  • ·Develop and implement training programs that align with company goals and objectives.
  • ·Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including room reservations, equipment setup, and participant communication.
  • ·Deliver engaging and interactive classroom training sessions to employees.
  • ·Manage the learning management system and track employee progress and performance.
  • ·Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • ·Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • ·Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to support training efforts.
  • ·Identify and address potential training gaps and areas for improvement.

YOUR SKILLS

  • ·Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Engineering, or a related field.
  • ·2 years of experience in training and development.
  • ·Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • ·Strong public speaking skills and an outgoing personality.
  • ·Experience with learning management systems and training software.
  • ·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ·Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • ·Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Thesalary for this role is $87,000.00 - $125,000.00. This is the range that wein good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
