YOUR ROLE

• Develop & drive global innovation strategy for a 1,3Bn Euro Business unit to ensure efforts of technical teams in ALL regions are supporting the AMI growth strategy of which Innovation in the critical pillar.
• Develops & drives AMI global innovation strategy, including inno COE's, external & footprint.
• Collaborates with top / senior management to align innovation initiatives with BU strategic plan.
• Translates AMI Sustainability strategy into technical initiatives to drive teams to success.
• Translates HAT Strategy to technical initiatives to drive teams to success.
• Develop DEI initiatives for AMI global technical team and drives execution.
• Acts as a critical sparring partner to AMI LT and central AMI PMO to challenge, build and prioritize strategic initiatives.
• Traveling of up to 20-25% will be part of your role.

YOUR SKILLS

• Min Education: Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Business.
• Min Work Experience: 10 or more years, 2 years with Henkel.
• Incumbent is required to drive sr management in a complex global organization to align with and prioritize among competing interests to arrive at the most impactful innovation initiatives.
• Requires technology expertise and strong business acumen.
• Strategic thinking and planning for effective strategy development.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Project management and Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Thesalary for this role is $165,000.00 - $200,000.00. This is the range that we in goodfaith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We mayultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salaryrange may also be modified in the future.
