YOUR ROLE

• Directly supervises the execution of production plans in the CA and Silicone Departments following the latest manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures and enforcing full compliance with regulation and with general company policies.

• Develops and works with the process engineer to provide technical assistance to the chemical operators in the solution of problems that affect the overall efficiency, productivity and quality of the area.
• Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel.
• Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures, local regulations, and in accordance with the 5S Program.
• Analyzes materials and POV and recommends process improvements and change to BOM to minimize POVs and improve cost.

The salary for this role is $85,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
