• Associate’s Degree

• Minimum Work Experience

• No previous experience

• Required Licenses/Certifications

• PTA Licensed in State of Texas

• BLS - should not initiate patient contact until completed.

• Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Input data into computer programs

• Familiar with rehabilitation equipment, 

• Designated Driver
