Shift : 6A - 6P ; 6pa - 6a
Duration : 13 weeks contract position

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and assist with medical procedures as needed
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in [state]
