Hendrick Construction Inc. is Hiring a Heavy Civil Project Manager Near Baton Rouge, LA
- Project Management:
- Lead all phases of heavy civil construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and challenges and develop strategies to mitigate and manage them.
- Implement effective change management processes as needed.
- Quality Control:
- Oversee and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate testing to verify compliance with project specifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully managing projects pertaining to DOT, heavy civil construction, commercial or industrial projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and workmanship of civil and Deep Foundation Scopes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
