Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share within the assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable fencing solutions.
• Offer exclusive financing options to qualified customers, enhancing sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits , prepare quotes, and close sales deals effectively.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to utilize promotional materials and sales tactics.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results using the company’s CRM system.
Commission Structure:
• Earn a commission of 6.5% on sales totaling up to $60,000.
• For sales exceeding $60,000, earn a commission rate of 8.5%.
• Additional commissions are available for other services, further enhancing earning potential.
*End of year Reviews before 12/01!
Qualifications:
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively generate leads.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
