Objective:

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Modern Fence products across a designated territory, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Modern Fence products across a designated territory, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share within the assigned territory.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable fencing solutions.

Offer exclusive financing options to qualified customers, enhancing sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Conduct site visits , prepare quotes, and close sales deals effectively.

Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with the marketing team to utilize promotional materials and sales tactics.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results using the company’s CRM system.

Commission Structure:

• Earn a commission of 6.5% on sales totaling up to $60,000.

• For sales exceeding $60,000, earn a commission rate of 8.5%.

• Additional commissions are available for other services, further enhancing earning potential.

*End of year Reviews before 12/01!

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively generate leads.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
