Hendrick Chrysler JEEP in Fayetteville, NC is seeking both entry-level and experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join our team. The income for this role is performance based and can range from 35k-90k per year. You must have a solid work history, be able to average 45-55 hours per week, and work 1 Saturday a month.

For Entry-Level Service Advisors:

• 3 consecutive years in a customer service role.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

For Experienced Service Advisors:

• Previous experience working as a service advisor, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Advanced knowledge of automotive repair procedures and terminology.
• Proficiency in using automotive service software and computer systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
