Job Summary

Assist in all aspects of building and dock maintenance and operations. Including but, not limited to : Housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, HVAC / Refrigeration, carpentry, sheetrock finishing, painting, pressure washing, mowing, weed eating, and pumping gas.

This is only a synapsis not all encompassing of the day-to-day tasks.
