Hendersonville Health and Rehab is currently seeking a RN (Registered Nurse) Unit Manager to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.
Applicant must have unrestricted RN (Registered Nurse) license.
Must have current CPR certification.
Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing. The Unit Manager (RN) is primarily responsible for overseeing day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing nurse staff, and reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within our skilled nursing facility. The Unit Manager is required to be dependable and personable liaisons between residents and their families. Unit Managers are tasked with ensuring their unit complies with federal and state regulatory standards and follows company policies and procedures.
