Job Description: Strategically plans, implements and participates in outreach efforts designed to improve relationships within the healthcare community in designated service area or market. Primary efforts are targeted toward physicians, but community groups and other potential inpatient and outpatient partners will be included, with the goal of growing business opportunities and maximizing referral and redirection opportunities. Monitors outcomes and participates in performance improvement activities.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.


Experience:
Three to five years related experience required, five to eight years related experience preferred. Healthcare experience preferred.

Other:
Must be able to deal appropriately with highly sensitive and confidential material. Knowledge of standards and laws applicable to physician recruitment, planning and business development is required.
Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet and database
