Job Overview:
Hendel's Air Conditioning is looking for a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative. This is an entry level position, training will be provided. This position is 2nd shift.

Hours:

• 11-7 Monday
• 11-7 Tuesday
• 11-7 Wednesday
• 9-5 Saturday
• 8-4 Sunday

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone calls scheduling service and estimate appointments
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Dispatch technicians to customer home.
• Create repair bids, provide information to customers and schedule repair.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about product/service updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Other assigned duties as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive attitude
• excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
