Your Tasks

As Finance Controlling Administrator you are part of our EPMD Tower Finance team and support our manager with finance controlling for IT-projects worldwide with a clear focus on the US projects.
Support the EPMD Tower finance team locally by focusing on all AMS projects, understand the business, create analysis and look for continuous improvements.
Support the DEs & GSDMs in US within EPMD tower by all financial controlling related tasks.

Together with your team located in Germany and India you are responsible for all invoicing related tasks and support the Project Teams in financial matters on an international level
You promote cost optimizations by independently creating project-relevant analyses and evaluations in consultation with project managers proactively using the MS Office package and internal tools
You support your colleagues in invoicing tasks and other finance issues related to our projects.

Our Requirements

You have analytical and conceptual skills and a passion for working with numbers especially by using Excel
You already gained some experience in finance controlling
You are capable to consult, you see the big picture and think outside the box when looking for solutions
You know how to handle yourself in stressful situations and are ready to respect intercultural differences, act accordingly and have a high level of communication skills
You are proactive and eager to learn continuously
You adhere to deadlines and are able to manage expectations
You are a communicator and team spirit is obvious for you.
