Hemisphere Media Group is looking for a Social Media Content Creator that increases brand awareness by creating engaging content and cultivating a social media following through the effective use of social media outlets. This person will be responsible for overseeing all our social media accounts for our different TV &Media channels. You will join a collaborative creative team that will help you concept, ideate, and create social-first content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, owning the entire creative process from concept to execution. The Social Media Content Creator will have a thorough understanding of branding and is a strategic thinker with a keen eye for design and a passion for content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, produce, and edit tailored, dynamic, and creative videos, motion graphics, and static images for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Develop and execute creative strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Work to ensure content aligns with the brand's messaging and aesthetic across all channels.
• Program the scheduling of our content & campaigns throughout all our social media platforms.
• Responsible for monitoring trending hashtags and topics while finding unique ways to integrate them into the brand.
• Work closely with Marketing and Programming teams to oversee the implementation of social media campaigns that align with upcoming launches and other company initiatives.
• Interact & answer customers' messages and comments on our different social media accounts, aligned with company strategy and values.
• Analyze the social media strategy and identify strategic weaknesses and strengths to make recommendations for improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience, media industry experience preferred.
• design and conceptual skills; strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• background in social media content development including editing video.
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, AfterEffects).
• Portfolio of work that showcases social media campaign samples and reels.
• Stay up to date on creative trends and emerging technology in the digital and social media space.
• Excellent proficiency in Spanish, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, related certification, or similar field experience.
