Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various security situations. Duties: - Patrol designated areas on foot or in vehicles to ensure the safety and security of the premises - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats - Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly and appropriately - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security procedures - Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Valid CPR and First Aid certifications preferred - Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military is a plus - Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques - Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and procedures - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Benefits: - Competitive pay rates based on experience and qualifications - Opportunities for career advancement within the organization - Comprehensive training programs provided - Health insurance options available If you are a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to safety and security, we encourage you to apply for this position.
