We’re currently looking for a Temporary Full Time Nanny in Westhampton Beach, NY 11978

JOB ID 16317 - A lovely family in Westhampton Beach is seeking a temporary full time nanny for their 2 children, ages 1 year and 3 years, to start Monday July 1st. Care is needed Mondays-Fridays from 9am-5pm through Wednesday July 31st and will take place at the family's summer home. Both children are energetic, enjoy playing outside and listening to music. The family is open to offering additional hours prior to their temporary needs for backup date night/weekend care on Fridays and Saturdays from 4:30pm/5pm-9pm and on Saturdays from 10am-2pm.

Those applying for this position do not need to be available for these additional hours and are still welcome to apply if only available for the month of July. The family is open to offering July 4th off in observance of Independence Day (unpaid) if the candidate prefers. There may be days when mom works from home during the month of July and will check in throughout the day. There are 2 small friendly dogs in the home, however, no pet care is needed. A great candidate will be confident attending to two children under 3, compassionate, flexible, and easy going.

• End date: Wednesday July 31st
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
• Compensation: $24-$28 per hour (depending upon experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bottle feeding cleaning
• Diaper changing
• Engaging with the children in play, art and crafts, etc.
• Facilitating nap times for 1 year old
• Laundry for children
• Preparing meals for children
• Bath time routines
• Bedtime routines (for date night requests only)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of paid professional toddler care experience (children ages 1-3 years old)
• Must be UTD on CPR certification or willing to renew prior to start
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be comfortable around small/medium sized friendly dogs

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
