We’re currently looking for a Babysitter in Bothell, WA 98012

A lovely family in Canyon Park in Bothell, WA is seeking a long-term occasional babysitter for their fun, sweet, and imaginative almost 3-year old and almost 5-year old to start as soon as possible. Backup care is needed intermittently as needed when the family nanny is not available and can fall on any day between Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Those applying do not need to be available for all requests, but should understand that there are no guaranteed hours for this position. The family is typically able to provide at least a few day’s notice for any care needs, though there will be times when their regular nanny is sick and they could use next or same-day support. The family is looking for a sitter that will be playful, patient, and someone who treats children as equals.

• Schedule: As needed/no set days; care generally needed from 8:30am-4:30pm with flexibility on exact timing
• End date: Ongoing, long-term sitter desired
• Compensation: $27-32 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with and spend time with the child through various activities
• Going for walks or playing in the local parks
• Planning activities for the child to engage in
• Prepare and provide lunch and snack

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of professional childcare experience
• Toddler experience a must
• Authorized to work in the United States
• CPR certified or willing to become certified

Compensation: Position pays between $27-32 per hour and client is looking for occasional backup care
