LPN Nurse Needed
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled LPN Nurse to join our team as a Homecare Nurse. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care to patients in their homes and be able to work independently. The LPN Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and providing wound care. The LPN Nurse will also be responsible for communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our patients.
Skills Required
- Current LPN license
- Experience in homecare nursing
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Experience administering medications and providing wound care
