Registered Behavior Technician (certified by the BACB: Behavior Analyst Certification Board)

Helping Hands, Inc. has an immediate opening for a RBT position at our ABA center in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Hours will be between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone who will provide consistent services to the children we serve. Must be certified as an RBT with the BACB, have experience working with children with disabilities, and have a Florida Medicaid Provider number. Pay will be commensurate with experience.

Helping Hands, Inc. is looking for both newly credentialed and experienced RBTs to join our team. We have a large center in Port St Lucie, Florida that has room for more clients. Our focus on Autism means you will help our clients acquire and improve communication skills, modify and enhance social interaction skills through group activities as well as individualized concentration all while decreasing behaviors that prohibit positive growth and comprehension in both individual and caretaker parents which allows them to better enjoy life among others like intermediate family and in public settings.

We would like to hire both full time and part time Medicaid credentialed RBTs to join our team on the Treasure Coast, serving St. Lucie County and Martin County. You will be working one-on-one with children and implementing the behavior intervention plan under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA providing Applied Behavior Analysis aka ABA Therapy. We are looking for those individuals who want to improve the lives of children with special needs diagnoses. This position offers paid training and supervision while enabling you to learn from and participate with a team of professionals.

This is an hourly W2 position that has the opportunity for a full benefits package including health insurance options, Paid Time Off (PTO), travel time (between appointments), sick time, overtime and 401K opportunities after probationary period
