We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to provide assistance with daily living activities to our clients. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping duties.

Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with transportation
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Communicate with medical professionals regarding client care and progress

- Ability to provide compassionate care to clients with special needs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and medical professionals
- Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Knowledge of medical systems and procedures

- High school diploma or equivalent
