Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales. This role requires a blend of analytical and creative skills to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and the company website.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Coordinate and manage events, both virtual and in-person.
• Monitor and report on competitors’ marketing activities.
• Assist in the development of the marketing budget and track expenditures.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
