Job Description

Our in-office staff have worked as caregivers, giving them the experience and compassion to help those in the field with our clients.

Caregiving does not require experience or certifications, only the willingness and ability to help others in their daily lives with the help of a written care plan.

Qualifications :

  • Must complete the agency's employment process.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must exhibit maturity, responsible behavior, and understand consumer confidentiality.
  • Must be able to follow directions, and work as a team.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from assignments.
  • Must pass drug screen

Duties :

  • Planning and preparing meals (some with dietary restriction)
  • Housekeeping includes vacuuming, cleaning kitchen and bathroom, laundry and bed linens.
  • Providing companionship, and stimulation for the consumer (reading, walks)
  • Accompanying the consumer to appointments (If needed).
  • Grocery shopping, or other errands when needed (If approved.)
  • Perform any personal care for the consumer as needed.
  • Assist with ambulation(walking) when consumer uses mechanical aids such as a walker.
  • Other duties as assigned.
