Our Regional Director of Operations directly contributes to our mission of making autism services personal by providing operational and people leadership to our Clinical Directors and Clinical Admin team members. This team member will also build relationships with the teams, clients, and their community to bring positive awareness to our business and the ASD community.

Responsibilities

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Overseeing the day-to-day regional operations by assuring consistent execution of established policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and funding source requirements for quality-based services.
  • Operational: 
  • Management of administrative operations and local team members (Clinical Directors & Office Managers). 
  • Working to establish positive team member relations and retention of key team members.
  • Holding the teams professionally accountable to work towards company goals. 
  • Monitoring team member productivity and prescription utilization.
  • Reporting on the weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance of their region. 
  • Employing accountability measures and support techniques to ensure success and achievement of personal, regional and company goals. 
  • Proactively monitoring financial progress of clinics, analyzing results, and adjusting, if necessary, to ensure all budget goals are achieved. 
  • Strategizing with team members in the support center to evaluate opportunities for growth in the ASD market. 
  • Identifying business trends that will affect assigned clinics. 
  • Participating in the yearly budgeting process and monthly P&L reviews with Executive Leadership. 
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations. 
  • Overseeing regional payor audits and ensuring compliance with regulations by examining records, reports and operating practices and documentation. 
  • Clinical: 
  • Engaging in and promoting positive, appropriate interactions and relationships with clients and their families/caregivers. 
  • Ensuring care of clients is of the highest quality and meets company standards. 
  • Coordinating and supervising special assignments as delegated by the COO. 

Qualifications

Skills and Competencies: 

  • 6 years of experience in Operations, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Operations or a related field is required.
  • BCBA Certification plus state license (if applicable) is a plus but not required. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • Previous medical billing and EMR experience required. 
  • Confident communication skills for fielding calls on behalf of the agency and its representatives. 
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and various reporting methods.
