As the office manager, our Program Support Specialist is the heartbeat of our clinics. They schedule sessions, communicate with families, manage session cancelations, plan events, and work closely with the Clinical Director to ensure the clinic operates smoothly.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- 1 year(s) of medical administrative experience (ABA experience or a behavioral health field a plus).
- Associate Degree (or higher) in Healthcare Administration or Business is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous medical billing and electronic medical records (EMR) experience is preferred.
- Confident phone etiquette, professional email writing, and strong interpersonal skills.
