Help is a Queensland-based social enterprise helping people with disability lead fulfilling and independent lives. Over the past 50 years, we’ve created an integrated network of services to provide people with disability the essentials, routine, and stretch they seek in life. About the Role
This position is responsible for the direct person-centred employment supports to supported employees that enable them to maintain employment and to maximise their independence, competence and integration in the workplace. It will require consultation with our supported employees regarding decisions that have an impact on their lives and will guide employees to set and achieve their personal goals.
