Helping Hand Nurse is seeking a proven home health recruiter/staffing coordinator responsible for recruiting caregivers, LPNs and RNs. The caregiver is responsible for recruiting, onboarding and scheduling. Successful candidates will maintain a patient and positive demeanor with recruiting experience in home care, social media and online job boards. High performers will be rewarded with monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities Include:

• Source and screen candidates

• Assist with application, onboarding, orientation and training process

• Work closely with the team to schedule cases based on hours, location and skills.

• Utilize social media and online services for recruitment

• Effectively communicate with all staff, clients, and external coordinators

• Perform in-home assessments and trainings

• Document and track all recruitment efforts in a detailed and timely manner

• Create campaigns and work on special projects to generate interest in the community

• Work with team on other human resources tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school graduate or higher

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience

• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication and ability to work independently

• Ability to handle fast paced and demonstrating sound judgment

• Knowledge of computer applications including HR systems, payroll systems, electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office

• Must be very organized and detailed to keep track of all moving parts

• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
