The Haven is a Substance Abuse Treatment center and we are looking for an emotionally intelligent and ethical Substance Use Disorder Counselor to work in our Intensive Outpatient Program running groups in the evening Monday - Thursday . This individual must have experience running groups and have the ability to work on their own. You must possess Substance Use Disorder Certification in good standing with the State of Utah.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate groups
• Address each case as a unit and set tailored measurable goals
• Document participation in all groups
• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate records and report on clients’ status
• Act as a key-worker and cooperate with multidisciplinary teams
• Refer clients to community services to help them in recovery

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 20 per week
