Helpcloud is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

What You’ll Do:

We are seeking Sales Representatives to work a6 hour shift from 8:00am-2:00pm MDT Monday through Friday in our Lindon, UT office (8 hour shift from 8:00am-4:00pm also offered). You will be responsible for providing customers with top notch customer service and tech support solutions with additional opportunity to sell membership subscriptions. Pay includes uncapped commissions and uncapped monthly residual pay, daily and weekly SPIFF bonus incentives, and benefits that are competitive for any career or industry!

Compensation:

  • Uncapped commissions
  • Uncapped monthly residual pay based on membership sales

Qualifications:

Nice-to-have:

  • 1 year sales experience
  • Tech support experience
  • CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
  • Remote access support experience
