Job Details
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role, with a focus on personal injury law preferred.
• Proficiency in legal software and case management systems (e.g., MyCase, Clio, TrialWorks).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and external parties.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures related to personal injury claims and litigation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic legal practice.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of medical records is a plus.
• Associate's degree or certification in legal studies is preferred, but not required.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality
