As a Laborer/Operator, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to salvage yard operations. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor tasks such as sorting, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate equipment and machinery
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required
