Delegated Authorizing Official (DAO)
What you will be doing?
As a DAO you have a variety of opportunities to participate in leading edge security programs supporting the Intelligence community. In this role you will have the opportunity to identify security requirements for the protection of data, to ensure the implementation of appropriate information security policies, activities, and controls on a particular program. We have multiple opportunities where specialized cybersecurity experience can be demonstrated to protect the infrastructures where our teams and customers are working. As a DAO if you have any experience in information assurance, particularly focusing on infrastructure protection and defensive IT strategy, and have participated in the development and risk management process, you will have an opportunity on one of our programs.

What you will need for this job?
Years of experience will vary depending on the position. We are looking for entry to Sr. level performers. Previous experience as a System Security Engineer, Information Systems Security Manager, or DAO is a must for senior positions.

How much school do you need?
Minimum BS Degree in a technical field. For some positions, experience may be substituted for a degree.
What certifications you will need?
Certifications will vary depending on the position. If you have any, list them on your submission. If you don’t have any, don’t worry, that doesn’t rule you out of consideration.
Preferred: DoD 8570-01-M compliance with IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, CISM)
