**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to join our team. The Mortgage Processor will be responsible for reviewing and verifying mortgage loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
**Duties:**
- Review and analyze mortgage loan applications for accuracy and completeness
- Verify all required documents are included in the loan file
- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to obtain any missing or additional documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as state and federal regulations
- Submit mortgage loan files to underwriting for approval
- Coordinate loan closings with title companies, attorneys, and other parties involved in the process
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
**Experience:**
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a mortgage processor, preferably in a broker environment.
- Experience wit LendingPad Loan Origination system preferred
- Familiarity with loan processing, underwriting, credit analysis, and basic math principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders such as loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers
