As the StaffNurse, you will apply your dynamic abilities by:

• Assistingwith the coordination and supervision of quality nursing care services forassigned residents that reflect the facility’s philosophy
• Promotingthe individual independence of residents served
• Assuringthat resident or family concerns and complaints are handled
• Promotinga positive work environment

The ideal candidate willpossess the following:

• Currentlicense as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in Indiana
• Abilityto read, write, and make simple mathematical calculations
• Experiencein long-term care or public health nursing, or equivalent experience in ahospital, retirement community, or nursing facility preferred
• Abilityto remain stationary 50-100%; position self to exert 10-30lbs of force or tomove objects
