As the LifeEnrichment Director, you will apply your dynamic abilities by:

  • Conductingassessments of the interests, functional levels, and the physical, mental, andpsychosocial needs of all residents
  • DevelopingActivities care plan goals and approaches and communicate resident responses
  • Encouragingresident participation in activities while respecting resident choice
  • Interactingwith residents, family members, co-workers, and visitors

Theideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Licensedor registered by Indiana as eligible for certification as a TherapeuticRecreation Specialist or as an Activities professional by a recognizedaccrediting body
  • Twoyears of experience in a social or recreational program
  • Year of full-time employment in an Activities Program in a health care setting
