Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Golf Professional to join our team. As a Golf Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, teaching golf lessons, and assisting with the overall operation of the golf facility. If you have a passion for golf and enjoy working with people of all skill levels, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests
- Conduct individual and group golf lessons for players of all ages and skill levels
- Assist with organizing and coordinating golf tournaments and events
- Maintain the golf shop inventory and assist with merchandising
- Ensure the golf facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Monitor pace of play and enforce course rules and etiquette
- Assist with club repair services as needed
Qualifications:
- PGA/LPGA membership or certification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of golf rules, techniques, and equipment
- Proven experience teaching golf lessons to players of all skill levels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Skills:
- Behavior management: Ability to effectively manage behavior in a professional manner.
