School Adjustment Counselor
JOB SUMMARY:
To provide all case management, crisis, and counseling services for school related matters and to coordinate intakes for program youngsters. Position includes responsibility for day students as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree with a minimum of three years relevant experience.
- Requires reliable transportation and a current valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work cooperatively and closely with DCF and collateral agencies.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse population.
- Must have good organizational and communication skills and be able to manage multiple situations at one time.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available for on-call responsibilities.
