Position: Challenge Course Facilitator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Challenge Course Facilitator. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, promoting a positive and safe environment, and working outdoors.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and oversee challenge course activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of participants
• Assist with course setup and maintenance
• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance checks of equipment and course elements
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients
• Work closely with other staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the course
• Assist with grounds keeping tasks
• Complete any other tasks as assigned by the Course Manager

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
