Helium SEO is currently seeking a Sr. Registered Client Service Associate to join our client's team in Kenwood, OH. This is a hybrid, direct-hire position.

As a Senior Registered Client Service Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in the team's success.

You will:

• Maintain client management systems and ensure client information is up-to-date
• Educate clients on available services and capabilities; you will act as the first line of defense, providing exceptional assistance
• Assist with preparing reports and materials for client meetings
• Collect necessary documentation for opening new accounts and processing service requests
• Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

The ideal candidate will have:

• Series 7 and 66 licenses 
• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
