Responsibilities:
-Canvassing greater phoenix area for solar appointments
- Conduct energy sales presentations to potential customers
- Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base
- Use software tools to track and manage sales leads and opportunities
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential sales opportunities
- Perform outside sales activities, including prospecting and cold calling
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales deals
- Promote solar sales and educate customers on the benefits of solar energy
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
