Weekend/ After Hours Client Service Representatives should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different clients and field employees simultaneously. Our ideal team member can both coordinate the daily activities of their service team and bring innovative ideas to enhance our clients' and technicians' experience. 

Full time. 12 hour shifts Saturday and Sunday. Then two or three days a week from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM

This is a remote position but may be required to be onsite on occasion. Candidate must be located near Maitland, FL.

WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:

• Communicate with clients and employees in a professional, effective, and accurate manner via both phone and email
• Demonstrate skills for basic computer inquiry and problem solving while updating legacy systems
• Schedule, coordinate logistics and dispatch service calls to appropriate technician
• Track work orders through their lifecycle to meet service level agreement
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff
• Meet all key performance indicators
• Engage in on-call dispatch rotation

Design Air Systems, a Helios company, determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $18 to $22/hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
