The HR & Payroll Specialist will manage the payroll and basic human resource functions of Helena Motors. This person will be a liaison between Helena Motors and employees as well as the community.
Responsibilities:
-Process payroll semi-monthly
-Make payroll changes to include, raises, terminations, etc
-Assist in all "boots on the ground" HR tasks
-Work with management on job openings
-Write and post job descriptions
-Schedule and conduct interviews
-Walk new hires through pre-employment & onboarding process
-Benefit enrollment
Qualifications:
-Payroll experience preferred
-Human Resource or recruiting experience is required
-Superior communicator and people skills
-Relationship builder, easily and enjoys building rapport
