The Gateway Program Coordinator
JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY
Summary of role of team
The Program Coordinator serves as a part of the management team and assists in filling any gaps within the program in order to ensure service delivery.
Summary of position
i.e., all decisions concerning level changes, home passes, discharge dates, etc. (must be approved by the Services Coordinator).
This position will also maintain a small caseload for therapy clients if needed.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS / ENVIRONMENT
This position will typically function at the residential facility but due to the nature of the position, there may also be some work in the community (i.
e. Court dates, covering for community specialist, etc.)

Starting salary for this position is approximately $60,527 / yr based on relevant experience and education.
